Same Day Granny Flats in Wagga proved to be a great choice for us. Karen at the Wagga agency was very helpful in all regards, starting with a guided tour at their display area, right the way though to the flat delivery.
The flat arrived on a tilt-tray truck and the driver expertly positioned it exactly where we wanted.
Set up was relatively easy as per the SDGF video. I do suggest that two to three helpers will make the job easier and safer.
Putting in the kitchen, external trims, and all the skirting 'boards' took the longest time.
I also removed the porcelain flushing toilet and installed a composting toilet because connecting to our existing house septic tank wasn't feasible due to distance and elevation. Also we are fortunate to live on a hill, so the composting tank was able to fit below floor level.
All in all, we are very happy with the quality and comfort of the flat. The service provided by Karen, the delivery driver and other staff along the way, was outstanding.
